Although an electrical and plumbing inspection is not carried out as this would require specialist inspections, BuySmart does test the outlets and lights (if the power is on at the property) and note in the report what plumbing types are sighted during the inspection. If any plumbing types are sighted that are known failed systems or any failures sighted during the inspection this will be noted in the report.
