Asbestos:

Many homes predominately pre-1980s (but could extend into the 2000’s) contain asbestos in some form or another. Do you plan to renovate or carry out repairs, or do you simply want to know if asbestos is present in your home? If so we can take targeted sample/s to send to the laboratory for analysis. We can carry this out at a very reasonable fee to give you or your family peace of mind.

A full assessment is a costly matter as individual samples are required and results are only from the specific areas tested and are indicative of the sample and not conclusive to all aspects.

As this can be a costly experience as the amount of potential samples you could take on a dwelling are limitless, we therefore offer a sampling service where clients can choose the amount of samples and areas to test, based on the clients requirement and use/intention for the property – this provides a cost effective initial indication of what potentially may be present.
